The Joint Job Evaluation Committee is a joint committee between the Employer (SD 33) and the Union (CUPE 411)

The JJEC meet bi-weekly for two hours to review new job descriptions, complete 6-month follow up reviews on those descriptions, and plan and organize for the committee (create and organize documents, etc.).
The General Maintenance portion of the JJE plan is to complete a review of CUPE 411 job descriptions over five years (20% each year).
The Reclassification process would allow for members to put in a Request for Review on their job description if they believe the duties and responsibilities have changed significantly.
