The Union is attempting to provide family friendly opportunities for our members to actively participate in with their children. From time to time the Union will be hosting events that will require members to register for, and depending on the event, space may be limited which will require us to keep an accurate account of those committed to attending.  We would ask that you please provide the necessary information below in order for us to ensure a enjoyable experience for everyone attending, and to be able to reach out to you if for some reason a change needs to be communicated.
