Welcome to the CUPE 411 website.
CUPE 411 was established on December 20, 1965, and has proudly represented workers in the Chilliwack School District for over 60 years!
This website is an important source for all our members.
We have local autonomy which means we have our own set of bylaws that governs our Executive on the day-to-day operations of the local as well as a negotiated Collective Agreement that the members and the employer are required to adhere to. The language in those documents should never conflict or be in contradiction with the above Equality Statement and/or CUPE National’s Constitution.
CUPE 411 currently represents approximately 1,100 members in the K-12 Sector, all of whom are highly skilled and committed professionals in the following five departments/divisions of the Chilliwack School District 33:
- Assistants
- Clerical
- Custodial
- Maintenance
- Transportation
