The following positions (note the duration of the term) are up for nomination:
- 1st Vice President (2 year)
- 2nd Vice President (1 year)
- Recording Secretary (1 year)
- Treasurer (1 year)
- Chief Shop Steward (1 year)
- Assistants SS (2 year)
- Clerical SS (2 year)
- Maintenance SS (1 year)
- Custodial SS (2 year)
- Transportation SS (1 year)
- Trustee (3 year)
- Sergeant of Arms (1 year)
Members who would like to have their name stand if nominated but cannot be in attendance are asked to submit a letter in writing to that effect either electronically to unionoffice@cupe411.ca or in hard copy to the union office no later than 2:30pm Friday, May 24, 2019.
